What is a Fitness Bootcamp?

Fitness Bootcamps could mean many different things to people. I’m not gonna go into full detail explaining every one. But I will talk to you about the program I designed to get you super fit and looking very sexy.
But I will say this. Although the name Bootcamp comes from the military style training that recruits have to go through for training, this Chicago Fitness Bootcamp is not that.
I will not bark orders at you and treat you like a dog gone, no good, maggot, peace of hash squash, in ya face pot of piss, horses ass.
If that’s what you are lookin for then….um….go find some other fitness bootcamps that will do that for you. That just isn’t my style and you don’t really want that do you!?
You Can be all you can be, without joining the Army!
There is a whole lot of negativity and whining already that we have to put up with in our lives and on TV and online and I just don’t want to contribute to that and I don’t want any part of it in this program.
I’d rather create a different atmosphere that builds and encourages and inspires.

I’m not a hater….I’m a motivator.

I have a unique program and a method to my madness
Some people love it and some don’t.
But I do it because it works.
Because it works.
I am all about results. If it doesn’t work I don’t use it.

Let me put it this way: You don’t need a membership to a health club to get in shape.
The health clubs tell you that because they want your money. But you knew that already right.
You can get a great workout anywhere and I mean that….ANYWHERE.
And oh yeah….check this out. Fitness Bootcamps cost way less then a Personal Training session.
Personal Training can run you from about $50 – $100 per session. 12 sessions of Personal Training can cost you $ about $600-$1200.
You can join a Bootcamp at a fraction of the cost and have a more enjoyable experience and as I have witnessed get better results due to the camaraderie and group effort shared by the team.
